Your Premium subscription is attached to the login details you used when you first purchased your subscription. So if you originally logged in using your phone number and then attempted to log in using your email, you will effectively create a new account.
To gain access to your Premium account, you must use your original login details.
Sometimes logins get mixed up if you have multiple accounts or you swap devices frequently.
If you purchased your subscription via the App Store or Google Play, you can transfer your subscription to a new login by using the Restore purchase option in your settings. Please note this will only transfer your subscription, not your history, saved Hacks, streak etc
