Purchase made on the iOS or Android app
If you purchased your subscription via the Apple App Store, open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name (Apple ID, you may have to log in) and select “Subscriptions”.
If you purchased via Google Play, you will need to open the Google Play Store. Make sure you’re using the correct account linked to the app, then tap “Menu”, and then “Subscriptions”.
Purchase made through Uptime website
If you purchased your subscription from our website, log in to your account on your desktop or mobile browser (not the Uptime app) and select “My Account” and “Manage my subscription”.
